Vision, Mission, and Method Introduction

e-Work is the term that Social Actions affectionately uses to describe the process, leadership, and design decisions that make our organization more effective.  We were inspired to use this term from Michael Gerber's book, The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What to Do About It.

 

Honing our e-Work is a continuous process. For now, we are engaged in a series of exercised that will lead to better process, leadership, and design decision-making.
